About the Role

Concord Arabia (Sure Tech) is looking for an experienced Joget Developer with 5 8 years of hands-on experience in Joget application development, Java, and SQL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining enterprise applications using the Joget low-code platform.

The candidate should have robust programming fundamentals and experience integrating Joget with databases, APIs, and external systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, and maintain applications using the Joget Platform.

- Develop custom Joget plugins, forms, workflows, and user interfaces.

- Build and configure business workflows and approval processes.

- Develop and maintain Java-based custom solutions and plugins.

- Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and database scripts.

- Work with databases for application development and data management.

- Integrate Joget applications with external systems using REST APIs/Web Services.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and workflow-related issues.

- Perform application testing, deployment, and production support.

- Collaborate with business analysts, developers,



and other technical teams to understand requirements.

- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.

- Prepare technical documentation for applications, workflows, integrations, and customizations.

- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.

Required Skills
- 5 8 years of professional software development experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with Joget.

- Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE.

- Good expertise in SQL and relational databases.

- Experience in developing Joget plugins and custom applications.

- Knowledge of Joget Workflow, Form Builder, Userview, and Process Builder.

- Experience with REST APIs and system integrations.

- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with application deployment and production support.

- Ability to work independently in a remote/WFH environment.

Good to Have
- Experience with Spring/Spring Boot.

- Knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MS SQL Server.

- Experience with Git/version control systems.

- Knowledge of JSON, XML, and API integrations.

- Experience working with enterprise workflow or BPM applications.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
