SAP Ariba Specialist Buying & Invoicing

Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Ariba Specialist with solid expertise in Ariba Buying & Invoicing and end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. The candidate will be responsible for configuration, implementation/support, integration, testing, and issue resolution across SAP Ariba solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement, configure, and support SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing.
- Manage end-to-end P2P processes, including requisitions, approvals, purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
- Configure Guided Buying, catalogs, approval workflows, and business rules.
- Handle invoice reconciliation, exceptions, and approval processes.
- Work on integration between SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA/ECC.
- Support SAP Ariba Network and supplier-related processes.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide production support.
- Prepare functional specifications, test cases, and user documentation.
- Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing.
- Good knowledge of SAP Ariba P2P processes.
- Experience with Guided Buying and Catalogs.
- Knowledge of Ariba Network.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA/ECC integration.
- Strong understanding of Invoice Management and Reconciliation.
- Experience in configuration, testing, and production support.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.





Good to Have:

- Knowledge of SAP Ariba CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway).
- SAP Ariba certification.
- SAP MM integration knowledge.
- Exposure to Ariba SLP and supplier enablement.
- Experience in SAP Ariba implementation projects.
