To design and execute localized marketing initiatives that strengthen market presence, customer engagement, brand visibility, and business growth within targeted geographies.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for executing centrally designed hyperlocal marketing strategies with regional customization to ensure relevance and impact.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution across your region, support branch-level branding and SOP adherence through regular audits and visits, and lead community outreach initiatives tailored to local audiences.
- Ideating and implementing hyperlocal social media content to drive engagement and lead generation, as well as coordinating internal engagement campaigns to boost employee participation.




- Consolidate and submit timely and accurate regional reports, manage local vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and SLA-compliant execution, and supervise Marketing Executives to ensure field readiness and task completion.
- Your efforts will directly contribute to regional visibility, customer experience, and marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

Experience: 4 to 6 years

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
