Senior Technical Engineers – Job Description

(Consumer Lending / Mortgage Loan Origination / Core Banking / Collections / Commercial Lending)

The Opportunity

We are looking for Senior Technical Engineers with 6-8 years of experience in the Banking domain. The ideal candidate should have experience in banking platforms and a robust understanding of Consumer Lending, Mortgage Loan Origination, Core Banking, Collections, and Commercial Lending workflows.

Experience working with Fiserv platforms such as Fiserv DNA (Core Banking) and Loan Director (Loan Origination System) will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with technology teams and business stakeholders to understand banking workflows, data flows, and operational processes
Design and manage end-to-end business workflows to ensure seamless process execution
Develop and enhance front-end user interactions to improve overall user experience
Build and optimize backend processes and integrations for performance and scalability




Define and maintain application architecture aligned with business and technical requirements
Participate in development, configuration, and testing activities across banking business verticals
Work with loan origination and core banking systems to support lending and servicing workflows
Document technical configurations, system workflows, and integration points
Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and regulatory standards applicable to financial institutions
Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and assist in end-user training
Follow change management and release management principles
Preferred Skills / Experience

Experience working with Fiserv DNA Core Banking platform
Experience with Loan Director (Loan Origination System) or similar LOS platforms
Understanding of lending lifecycle including origination, underwriting, servicing, and collections
Experience with API integrations, data workflows, and banking system interfaces
Familiarity with financial services regulatory and compliance requirements
