Job Title:

Area Sales Manager – Vehicle Finance

Location : Ahmedabad Only male can apply

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business growth for vehicle loans in the assigned territory.

- Identify, onboard, and manage DSA (Direct Selling Agents), dealers, and other channel partners.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for vehicle finance.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.

- Maintain solid relationships with automobile dealers and customers.

- Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines.

- Oversee loan disbursement process, documentation, and customer verification.

- Train and motivate the sales team to meet performance metrics.

- Resolve customer issues and ensure timely follow-up and service.





- Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).

- 4–8 years of experience in vehicle finance or auto loans.

- Proven track record in sales and team management.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Good knowledge of the local market and vehicle loan industry.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of vehicle loan underwriting and risk assessment.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

- Ability to work independently and under pressure.

- Understanding of RBI/NBFC/Banking norms related to vehicle finance.
