Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities.

- Develop and implement production plans in coordination with the planning department.

- Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve output and quality targets.

- Monitor equipment maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing to minimize downtime.

- Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and implement corrective actions for deviations.

- Identify and resolve production issues promptly using strong problem-solving skills.

- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes for improved efficiency and reduced waste.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product development and project execution.

- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.





- Ensure a protected working environment and compliance with all safety regulations.

- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external vendors.

Qualifications:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical field.

- 3–7 years of experience in production supervision

- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials.

- Proven skills in manpower handling, process optimization, and project management.

- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

- Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems is a plus.
