Lead Python DeveloperMust Have

- 6+ years of relevant Python development experience in production environments.

- Advanced proficiency in Python and Python-based backend development.

- Strong experience with Django, Flask, and/or FastAPI.

- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system design for complex/distributed applications.

- Hands-on experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, including data modeling, schema design, and performance optimization.

- Strong experience designing and integrating REST and GraphQL APIs, including authentication, authorization, and API versioning.

- Strong proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker.

- Strong understanding of unit testing, integration testing, test automation, and code quality standards.

- Proven experience in a technical leadership role such as Tech Lead, Team Lead, or equivalent.

- Experience mentoring engineers, conducting code reviews, and providing technical direction.

- Experience making architectural and technical decisions for scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems.

- Strong experience with performance optimization, scalability, technical debt, and production troubleshooting.





- Solid stakeholder management skills, with experience working with product owners, architects, business representatives, and cross-functional teams.

- Strong leadership, ownership, and decision-making skills, including the ability to drive initiatives and make technical trade-offs.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum practices, including estimation, sprint planning, and delivery tracking.

- Strong English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate or higher), both written and verbal.

- Collaborative and inclusive approach with a focus on knowledge sharing, constructive feedback, and team development.

Nice to Have
- Practical experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP for deploying and operating Python services. Emphasize on AWS.

- Strong proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible.

- Advanced experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.

- Experience with React or frontend/backend integration.

- Experience supporting hiring, onboarding, and professional development of engineering team members.
