- 5+ years of relevant software development experience with Python.

- Strong proficiency with Python web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

- Solid understanding of software design patterns, clean code principles, and scalable system architecture.

- Hands-on experience designing, developing, and integrating REST and GraphQL APIs in production environments.

- Practical experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, including schema design, optimization, and query performance.

- Strong proficiency with Git and version control workflows.

- Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.

- Strong understanding of unit and integration testing, test automation, and code quality practices.

- Experience with code reviews and maintaining high engineering standards.

- Experience troubleshooting and resolving production issues, including root-cause analysis and sustainable fixes.





- Strong understanding of backend performance optimization, reliability, and scalability.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently own and deliver complex technical tasks.

- Experience collaborating with product managers, architects, and engineers in cross-functional and distributed teams.

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

- Upper-Intermediate English or higher, both written and verbal.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
