- Continuously monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems across designated areas.
- Maintain a high level of vigilance, alertness, and situational awareness during duty hours.
- Identify suspicious, unusual, unauthorized, or potentially unsafe activities through CCTV surveillance.
- Monitor entry and exit points, restricted areas, parking areas, warehouses, offices, and other critical locations.
- Detect and immediately report security breaches, theft, unauthorized access, accidents, fire hazards, misconduct, and other incidents.
- Track suspicious movements or activities and communicate relevant information to the security team.
- Coordinate with security guards, supervisors, control-room personnel, and management during incidents.
- Respond promptly to security alerts and escalate critical situations as per established procedures.
- Maintain accurate CCTV monitoring logs, incident registers, and shift handover records.
- Prepare detailed incident reports based on CCTV observations and recorded footage.
- Review CCTV footage whenever required for investigations, audits, complaints, or incident verification.
