Job Description:

Position: Manager/Sr. Manager - SCM

Location: Pune

Experience: 12 - 15 Years

Industries: Steel

Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, planning, inventory, warehousing and logistics.
- Develop SCM strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs and ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage supplier relationships and monitor quality, cost and delivery performance.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, sales and other teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes and applicable standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, optimize stock and minimize supply chain disruptions.
