Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Java Lead with 5–8 years of strong backend development experience. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture, along with proven experience in leading teams, designing scalable systems, and delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code delivery
Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Java
Build and maintain Microservices architecture using Spring Boot
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure coding standards
Manage application architecture, design decisions, and technical documentation
Integrate APIs and third-party services
Ensure performance, security, and reliability of applications
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Required Skills:
Strong experience in Core Java and Advanced Java
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC,



Spring Security
Expertise in Microservices architecture
Experience with RESTful API development
Knowledge of Hibernate / JPA
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
Familiarity with Kafka / messaging systems
Experience with Git / version control systems
Understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
Strong understanding of design patterns and OOP concepts
Leadership & Soft Skills:
Team handling and mentoring experience
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to drive technical discussions and decision-making
Problem-solving and analytical thinking
Good to Have Skills:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Knowledge of Docker & Kubernetes
Exposure to DevOps practices
Experience with API Gateway and Service Mesh
Understanding of performance tuning and security best practices
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
