- Handle domestic and international flight reservations and ticketing.
- Search and compare flight schedules, fares, and availability.
- Issue, reissue, modify, and cancel flight tickets as per customer requirements.
- Handle ticket refunds, cancellations, and schedule changes.
- Coordinate with airlines, travel partners, and customers for booking-related queries.
- Provide accurate information on fares, baggage allowances, travel rules, and ticket conditions.
- Manage last-minute bookings and travel changes efficiently.
- Maintain booking records and ensure all ticketing documentation is accurate.
- Follow up on pending bookings, payments, refunds, and confirmations.
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and airline guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve booking-related issues promptly.
