Description

As part of the Horizon Deployment Team, you are required to design, governance, and delivery of end- to- end Project Portfolio Management cloud solutions. You will align business goals with technical architecture, lead large-scale global implementations, and optimize project delivery frameworks. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic leadership, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams through complex cloud transformations and co-ordination with implementation partner.

Responsibilities

- Design blueprints: Create scalable end-to-end architecture for Oracle Fusion PPM modules for Multi country environment.

- Integrate systems: Map integrations between PPM, ERP Financials, HCM, and third-party legacy systems.

- Govern data: Define data migration strategies, conversion rules, and master data governance.

- Evaluate customizations: Review and approve technical designs for reports, integrations, and extensions.

- Advise Process Owners: Act as the primary trusted advisor for business stakeholders on PPM Solution roadmap decisions.

- Manage risk: Identify Solution / architectural risks early and design mitigation strategies.

- Enforce standards: Establish best practices for configuration, code development, and environment management.

- Review releases:



Assess quarterly Oracle Cloud updates to leverage new features and minimize disruption.

- Optimize performance: Troubleshoot complex architectural bottlenecks and system performance issues.

Qualifications

Key Competencies / Skills / Qualifications

- 15+ years related experience with Oracle ERP and Modules in Project Accounting or PPM space with at least 5 + years as a Lead Architect in Oracle Fusion Cloud.

- Successfully led at least 5 full-lifecycle, global Oracle Fusion PPM implementations.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.

- Deep functional knowledge of Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, Project Resource Management, and Task Management.

- Solid expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), FBDI, ADFDI, BIP, OTBI, and REST/SOAP APIs

- Solid understanding of PPM touchpoints with Cloud Financials (GL, AP, AR) and Supply Chain (Procurement).
