- 3+ years of relevant software development experience with strong proficiency in Python

- Strong knowledge of Python web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

- Hands-on experience developing and integrating REST and/or GraphQL APIs.

- Understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases, including schema design and efficient querying.

- Experience writing clean, testable, maintainable Python code following development standards and best practices.

- Experience with unit and integration testing for backend services and APIs.

- Familiarity with Git, including branching strategies and pull request workflows.

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to analyze requirements, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

- Experience troubleshooting and resolving production issues and backend/API defects.

- Ability to participate effectively in code reviews and collaborate with senior engineers and peers.





- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with product managers, designers, and engineering teams.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

- Upper-Intermediate English or higher, both written and verbal, for effective communication in a multicultural workplace.

- Experience with React for building or integrating frontend components.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Emphasize on AWS.

- Hands-on experience with Docker for containerizing and running applications.
