Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day activities at the construction site. The candidate will be responsible for supervising workers, coordinating with contractors, checking work quality, and ensuring that work is completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily construction activities at the site.
- Supervise workers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Allocate daily work to workers and monitor their progress.
- Ensure construction work is done as per drawings and specifications.
- Check the quality of materials and construction work.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other site teams.
- Monitor the use of materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
- Ensure proper safety rules are followed at the construction site.




- Identify and report any site issues or delays to the senior team.
- Maintain daily site reports and work progress records.
- Ensure work is completed within the planned timeline.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
- Check measurements and completed work as required.
- Maintain proper discipline and housekeeping at the site.

Required Skills
- 5–10 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction.
- Positive knowledge of construction site activities.
- Ability to manage workers and contractors.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Good knowledge of construction materials and basic methods.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to solve day-to-day site problems.
- Strong focus on quality, safety, and timely completion.
