Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior Developer with 1–2 years of experience in Python, SQL, and Java, along with a basic understanding of loan processing workflows in the banking or financial services domain. The candidate will support application development, data handling, and process enhancements related to loan lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in development and maintenance of applications using Python, SQL, and Java
- Support loan processing systems including origination, underwriting, disbursement, and servicing
- Work with data extraction, transformation, and reporting related to loan portfolios
- Collaborate with business and operations teams to understand loan process requirements
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and documentation practices

Required Skills:

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python, SQL, and Java
- Understanding of loan lifecycle and banking process flows
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Preferred Skills:

- Exposure to Loan Management Systems (LMS) or core banking platforms
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance in lending
