Role Overview

As a Workday Integration Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering our Workday roadmap by designing, building, and supporting integrations across various HCM modules. You’ll work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless, secure, and efficient data flows.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support end-to-end Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, APIs) with internal and external systems

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality integrations

- Ensure compliance with ERM’s IT governance, audit, and data integrity standards.

- Monitor and resolve complex integration incidents and service requests within SLA, providing clear communication.

- Support Workday releases, regression testing, and change management initiatives.

- Stay updated with Workday features and industry trends; proactively recommend improvements.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to team members

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of hands-on Workday integration experience (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, CCW, PICOF/PECI, BIRT).

- Robust understanding of HR processes, compliance,



and data security.

- Proficiency in XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and related web services.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate across global time zones.

Nice to Have

- Experience in global deployments and stakeholder management.

- Experience with automating processes within Workday via boomerang integrations within Workday.

- Deep understanding of functional modules in Workday. (Core HCM, Absence, Talent Acquisition, Performance & Talent Management, Compensation (Core & Advanced), Benefits, Journeys, Knowledge, and Case Management.)

Working Model

- The role follows a hybrid working arrangement, designed to facilitate effective global collaboration. Team members are expected to work between 11:30 and 20:30 IST. There may also be occasions when extended working hours are necessary to accommodate cross-time-zone activities.

- Additionally, there is an expectation to provide support during the 17:30 to 2:30 IST shift if all regular team members assigned to that shift are on leave.
