Duties and Responsibilities
•Identify campuses in tier 3 & Tier 4 locations to cater to the need of resource requirement in remote locations•Own end to end campus engagement activities (pre-hire & post hire)•Ideate & prepare appropriate strategies for all campus engagement events and to project Bajaj Finance Ltd. as an Employer of choice.•Create periodic engagement calendar for campus & run engagement initiatives as per timelines•Manage vendor partners and successfully run all initiatives.



•Coordinate and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders & campus owner for smooth execution of engagement calendar•Track & publish engagement calendar with delivery status to all stakeholders
Required Qualifications and Experience
a)Qualifications•Educational Qualification- MBA- HR from reputed B-schoolThey must work well under pressure and possess robust time-management skills.b)Work Experience•Total experience of 1-3 yrs in campus relations & engagementc)Skills Keywords•Hands on experience on MS office tools (Excel, power point, MS word etc)•Must be detail oriented and can juggle between multiple projects•Excellent communications skill (Verbal & Written).
