Job Description: CNC Turning Machine Operator – Short JD

Location: Factory
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: ITI Turner/Machinist/Fitter or Diploma Mechanical

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate CNC Turning/CNC Lathe machines.

- Hands-on experience with Fanuc & Siemens controllers.

- Job setup, tool setting, chuck setting & offset correction.

- Read engineering drawings and execute CNC programs.

- Perform in-process inspection using Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, etc.

- Handle turning, threading, grooving, boring & parting operations.

- Monitor tool life, quality, production and cycle time.

- Maintain machine cleanliness, 5S, PPE and safety standards.

Skills: CNC Turning | Fanuc | Siemens | G-Code/M-Code | Tool Setting | Offset Correction | Engineering Drawing | Quality Inspection | GD&T; | 5S & Safety
