As a Senior Associate in Integrated Planning, you will engage with clients to enhance their supply chain operations, leveraging your skills in operations consulting to drive connected supply chain solutions. Within our Operations practice, you will play a pivotal role in modernizing supply chains, focusing on strategic planning and execution to optimize business processes.

As a Senior Associate, you will develop meaningful client connections and guide others through complex challenges. You will utilize your problem-solving skills to analyze intricate concepts and deliver impactful solutions. Your role will involve mentoring junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment, and navigating ambiguity to achieve project goals. You will be expected to uphold professional standards and contribute to the firm's strategic objectives.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will have the opportunity to work within the Business & Supply Chain Operations network, focusing on supply chain modernization. Your contributions will be integral to delivering client solutions and enhancing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization




- Developing strategic sourcing plans to enhance procurement efficiency and cost management
- Implementing inventory management strategies to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive supply chain transformation initiatives
- Utilizing supply chain management software to streamline operations and improve performance
- Conducting market trend analysis to inform business planning and decision-making
- Managing logistics operations to validate timely and cost-effective distribution of goods
- Leading process improvement projects to achieve operational excellence and enhance productivity
- Advising clients on supply chain risk management strategies to mitigate potential disruptions
- Supporting the development of business plans that align with client objectives and market demands

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
