Role Overview

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer with 2-5 years of experience to provide technical support for end-user systems, hardware, and software. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS (Windows 10/11)
Handle hardware issues (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners)
Manage Active Directory (AD) – user creation, password reset, access management
Support MS Office / Microsoft 365 applications
Configure and troubleshoot Outlook, Teams, OneDrive
Basic troubleshooting of network issues (LAN/WAN, VPN)
Handle ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, etc.)
Perform software installations, upgrades, and patching
Manage asset inventory and documentation




Provide remote and in office support to users
Ensure adherence to SLA and IT policies
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
Experience with Active Directory & Group Policies
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite
Understanding of networking basics (IP, DNS, DHCP)
Experience with ticketing tools
Basic knowledge of VPN and remote desktop tools
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and user-handling skills
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with Mac OS support
Knowledge of Intune / SCCM
Basic understanding of ITIL framework
Exposure to Azure AD
Certification like CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation
