WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Independently build and grow partnerships with mid-sized insurance brokers across India to sell Vision benefits to their customers.
- Identify and engage with corporates to drive adoption of VisionSure’s vision benefits solutions.
- Own the entire sales and partnership cycle — from prospecting and outreach to pitching, negotiation, onboarding, and closure.
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers across brokers, corporates, HR teams, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful implementation of partnerships.
- Take ownership of sales outcomes and experiment with different approaches to build a scalable B2B business
REQUIREMENT
- 2–4 years of experience in Corporate Insurance Selling primarily Health Insurance and/or OPD or wellness, or any other benefits for Employees.
- Experience working with mid-sized insurance brokers and corporates is mandatory.
- Comfortable working independently and building a pipeline from scratch with minimal supervision.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — someone who enjoys finding new opportunities and figuring out how to make things happen.
- Willingness to travel across India for broker and corporate meetings.
