Key Responsibilities:

n

n n
- Design, develop, and implement Machine Learning, AI, and Deep Learning models to solve complex business problems.
n
- Work hands-on across the end-to-end ML lifecycle , including data preparation, feature engineering, model development, validation, deployment, and performance monitoring.
n
- Apply machine learning algorithms such as regression, Random Forest, decision trees, clustering, classification, and other supervised/unsupervised techniques .
n
- Develop and implement Neural Network and Deep Learning models for appropriate business use cases.
n
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
n
- Translate business requirements into appropriate ML/AI approaches and solutions .
n
- Implement ML/AI solutions in an enterprise environment , ensuring scalability, reliability, and business impact.
n
- Evaluate model performance using appropriate statistical and ML metrics and continuously optimize models.
n




- Collaborate with business, technology, data engineering, and other stakeholders to deploy AI/ML solutions into production.
n
- Stay current with emerging AI/ML and Deep Learning techniques and identify opportunities to apply them to enterprise problems.
n
- Independently drive assigned projects from problem definition through model development and implementation .
n

Required Skills & Experience

n

n
- Strong hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, and Deep Learning .
n
- Proven experience in enterprise implementation of ML/AI solutions ; candidates with only academic/research exposure would not be ideal.
n
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with:
n
- Classification algorithms
n
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, model selection, feature engineering, model validation, and optimization .
n
- Experience taking ML models from development to implementation/production .
n
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
