Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms, including planning campaigns, scheduling posts, and optimizing content for reach and engagement. Responsibilities include managing daily social media activity, monitoring performance metrics, responding to audience interactions, and collaborating with content creators and marketing teams. The role also involves creating and refining content calendars, aligning social media efforts with broader marketing goals, and staying current with platform trends, best practices, and emerging tools.



The Social Media Manager will regularly analyze campaign results, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements to enhance brand visibility and growth.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across key platforms.
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messages for diverse audiences.
Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy to design effective content plans, maintain consistent brand voice, and align social efforts with marketing objectives.
Experience with analytics tools, performance tracking, and reporting to measure results and inform data-driven decisions.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with paid social advertising, basic graphic design tools, and current social media trends is beneficial.
Prior experience in social media management or digital marketing and a relevant degree or equivalent practical experience are preferred.
