We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) with strong experience in the Structural Heart / Interventional Cardiology segment to join our growing team.

? Location: Gurugram / Delhi / Chennai / Hyderabad / Mumbai

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop key accounts within the Structural Heart segment

- Build and maintain strong relationships with cardiologists, KOLs, hospitals, and healthcare stakeholders

- Drive business growth and product adoption across assigned accounts

- Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets

- Identify current business opportunities and expand the Structural Heart customer base

- Support product launches, physician engagement programs, workshops, and conferences





- Work closely with clinical and marketing teams to ensure effective product adoption

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer support and service

- Maintain regular reporting on account performance, sales pipeline, and market opportunities

? Candidate Profile

✅ 8–12+ years of experience in Medical Devices / MedTech

✅ Strong experience in Structural Heart is highly preferred

✅ Experience in TAVI/TAVR / Transcatheter Heart Valves will be an advantage

✅ Solid network among Interventional Cardiologists and key hospitals

✅ Proven experience in key account management and business development

✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills

✅ Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories
