Role Description The Interior Design Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. This role involves developing interior concepts, preparing layouts, and collaborating on space planning for residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities include selecting furniture, fixtures, and finishes (FF&E;), preparing mood boards and presentations, and coordinating with vendors, contractors, and other project stakeholders. The Interior Design Specialist will conduct site visits, oversee implementation quality, and ensure designs align with project budgets, timelines, and client expectations. The role also requires maintaining clear documentation, participating in client meetings,



and contributing to continuous improvement of design standards and processes.
Strong interior design skills, including concept development and detailing across residential and commercial projects.
Proficiency in space planning and layout design to optimize functionality, flow, and aesthetics.
Experience in furniture selection and planning, with an understanding of ergonomics, materials, and custom pieces.
Knowledge of FF&E; (fixtures, furniture, and equipment) sourcing, specification, and documentation.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools.
Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience with on-site coordination, basic understanding of construction processes, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Portfolio demonstrating completed interior design projects; experience in high-end projects is an advantage.
