Major Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Group Head - Art you will lead the visual creative across multiple accounts and teams. This is a hands-on leadership role that bridges creative strategy and craft. You’ll own the art direction, mentor designers, and ensure all work is integrated across ATL, Digital, Social, Content, and Experiential.

Specifically, you will be responsible for the following:

n

n

• Own the visual craft and creative output across multiple accounts/brands from brief to execution, ensuring world-class standards

n

• Drive the creation and development of disruptive advertising ideas, with strong emphasis on visual storytelling, design systems, and brand world-building

n

• Set the visual direction and determine how best to present concepts across integrated channels – digital, mainline, social, experiential, and beyond

n

• Partner with Creative Directors on agency presentations for new business pitches and key client creative run-throughs. Lead art-related sections independently when needed

n

• Champion design excellence across projects while safeguarding timelines, budgets,



and resource allocation for the art team

n

• Mentor and grow junior/mid-level art talent. Build team capability, review work, and raise the creative bar

n

• Collaborate with copy, strategy, production, and client servicing to ensure ideas are integrated, feasible, and flawlessly executed

n

Skills Required:

n

• You have proven creative leadership with a track record of award-winning or business-impacting work

n

• You are a hands-on leader and team player who can operate effectively under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines

n

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Figma. Knowledge of motion/3D is a plus

n

• You have 5-6 years of experience in advertising agencies with a robust portfolio spanning integrated campaigns

n

• You can sell ideas, defend craft, and build trust with senior clients and internal stakeholders
