We are hiring a Business Development Manager to drive sales growth, distributor expansion, and market development for premium beauty and fragrance brands.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop new business opportunities and expansion strategies

✅ Manage distributor and channel partner networks

n

✅ Drive sales growth and market penetration

n

✅ Build robust relationships with key accounts and retail partners

n

✅ Monitor market trends and competitive activities

n

✅ Collaborate with marketing teams for launches and promotions

Ideal Candidate:

n

✔️ 6-10 years of experience in Business Development / Channel Sales

n

✔️ Background in Luxury Beauty, Fragrances, Cosmetics, Premium FMCG, or Lifestyle brands

n

✔️ Strong distributor management and retail expansion experience

n

✔️ Proven track record of achieving sales targets
