Reporting Manager Title: Creative Director

Develop and drive social media strategies for multiple brands across platforms.
Own monthly/quarterly content calendars, content pillars and social narratives.
Lead ideation and execution of social-first campaigns, digital activations and real-time content opportunities.
Identify relevant trends, cultural moments and conversations and translate them into brand-relevant opportunities.
Work closely with designers, copywriters, creators and other creative teams to develop platform-first content.
Manage end-to-end publishing, scheduling and content governance across different social platforms.
Track and analyze social performance and prepare monthly/quarterly reports with clear insights, learnings and recommendations.
Use performance data and audience behavior to continuously optimize content and social strategy.
Present ideas, strategies, calendars and performance reports to clients and senior stakeholders.
Mentor and guide junior team members and ensure quality and timely delivery of work.

Strong Social Media Strategy & Planning across multiple platforms.
Excellent content ideation and storytelling skills.
Short format copywriting for brands
Solid communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytics and reporting skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Experience & Qualifications:
Education: B.A.



in Creative Writing, Communication Arts, or equivalent.
Experience working in a digital ad agency
