This is a high-ownership role sitting at the intersection of business development, program management, and growth strategy.



You'll work directly with external partners and internal stakeholders to build collaborations that move the needle - for our users, our partners, and our business.

Business Development
Build and nurture long-term, commercially sustainable partnerships with a focus on mutual value creation
Performance & Business Operations
define metrics, monitor performance, and surface actionable insights
Support ideation and implementation of initiatives focused on driving incremental growth and enhancing user experience

Experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or program management - preferably within a high-growth consumer tech or e-commerce setting
Strong analytical mindset: comfortable with data, able to derive insights and translate them into decisions
you can align a room full of cross-functional teams
SQL, Excel, and data management proficiency.
