Sales Manager – Wall Decor Pro

We are looking for a Sales Manager to effectively manage and convert leads provided by the company and drive sales for our wall décor products.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Handle company-provided leads and ensure timely and effective follow-ups.
n
- Understand client requirements, preferences, budget, and project needs.
n
- Present and recommend suitable Wall Decor Pro products.
n
- Prepare quotations, negotiate with clients, and close deals.
n
- Maintain regular follow-ups until the sale is completed.
n
- Update leads, follow-ups, quotations, and sales in the CRM.
n
- Coordinate with Accounts, Production, and Dispatch teams after closing the deal.
n
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a valuable conversion rate.
n
- Guide and support the sales team when required.
n

Requirements

n

n
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience; experience in interior, décor, building materials, or related industries is preferred.
n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
n
- Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable products.
n
- Strong sales and deal-closing skills.
n
- Target-oriented and customer-focused.
n
- Basic knowledge of CRM and Excel preferred.
n
