Description
As a Senior Accounts Receivable Executive, you will play a vital role in optimizing our accounts receivable operations and driving financial success. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining positive relationships with insurance carriers, clients, and internal teams. Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to insurance companies for claim status and eligibility verification.
- Document and manage denial cases, taking proactive steps for resolution.
- Follow up on outstanding claims and accounts receivable reports to ensure timely payments.
- Work on diverse voice-based processes as per client needs, including insurance follow-ups, patient calling, and provider outreach.
- Maintain individual daily logs and ensure compliance with Medusind's policies and client SLAs.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals and provide mutual support.
- Escalate communication issues or concerns to seniors promptly, ensuring seamless operations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable management.




- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks and documentation.

Qualifications

- Freshers with a robust interest in accounts receivable management are encouraged to apply.
- 1+ year of experience in a voice-based process, preferably in a similar role, is preferred.
- Any undergraduate or graduate degree is acceptable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and insurance carriers.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software tools for efficient task management.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, quick-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.
- Ability to work in shifts, including late nights and early mornings, as per business needs.
