Summary:
As a Cloud Migration Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current systems and infrastructure to determine the best approach for transitioning to cloud environments. This role includes planning and executing the migration of applications and data, ensuring that solutions are scalable and perform efficiently. The position requires coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver seamless cloud adoption that supports advanced business objectives and future growth. The engineer actively monitors progress and adapts strategies to meet evolving requirements while maintaining high standards of quality and reliability throughout the migration process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of migration strategies that align with organizational goals.




- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure timely delivery of migration phases.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and addressing technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TIBCO Administration.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Google Cloud Compute Services.
- Strong understanding of cloud migration methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to design and implement scalable, high-performance cloud solutions.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex integration issues.
- Familiarity with private and public cloud technologies and their application in enterprise environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in TIBCO Administration.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
