Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Engineer to ensure that all products in the metal casting/foundry process meet quality standards and customer specifications. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring production quality, conducting inspections, and implementing quality control procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications in casting processes
- Conduct dimensional and visual inspections of casted parts




- Identify defects and take corrective/preventive actions
- Maintain quality documentation, reports, and records
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to improve quality

Required Qualifications:

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

- 2 to 5 years of experience in quality control within metal casting or foundry industry

Skills & Competencies:

- Knowledge of casting processes and quality standards
- Familiarity with inspection tools and techniques
- Basic understanding of quality systems (ISO standards preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities

Salary:

₹25,000 to ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)

Working Hours:

8 to 10 hours per day
