Looking for Legal & Engineering Recruiters - US Staffing

We are expanding our #recruitment team and looking for motivated recruiters with experience in U.S. Staffing/Recruitment.

⚖️ Legal Recruiter:

Responsibilities:

- Recruit Attorneys, Paralegals, Legal Assistants & other legal professionals

- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards & Boolean Search

- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls

- Understand U.S. legal practice areas and client requirements

- Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate interviews

Preferred: Experience with U.S. Legal Recruitment and knowledge of legal terminology/practice areas.

⚙️ Engineering Recruiter:

Responsibilities:

- Recruit Engineering & Technical professionals for U.S. clients

- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search & job boards

- Work on Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Automation, Controls & related roles

- Screen candidates and assess technical qualifications





- Maintain candidate pipelines and coordinate interviews

Preferred: Experience with U.S. Engineering/Technical Recruitment and familiarity with engineering terminology.

✅ Strong sourcing and Boolean Search skills

✅ Excellent communication and follow-up skills

✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace

✅ LinkedIn Recruiter experience is a plus

? Location: DSL Abacus IT Park, Uppal, Hyderabad

? Shift: 7PM to 4AM IST
