Graphic Designer – 4–5 Years

About the Role:

n

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 4–5 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in packaging design, print collaterals, and brand creatives , with a good understanding of visual communication and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Develop creative and engaging packaging designs including labels, boxes, cartons, sleeves, pouches, etc.
n
- Design print collaterals such as brochures, catalogues, flyers, posters, standees, danglers, and leaflets.
n
- Create brand creatives and marketing campaign assets across various formats.
n
- Translate creative briefs and concepts into visually compelling designs.
n
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity .
n
- Prepare print-ready artwork while ensuring correct dimensions, bleed, colour modes, resolution,



and other production specifications.
n
- Coordinate with printers and external vendors when required.
n
- Work closely with Marketing, Brand, Product, and other internal teams.
n
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within timelines.
n
- Stay updated on design, branding, packaging, and visual communication trends.
n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

n

n
- 4–5 years of relevant professional experience in Graphic Design.
n
- Strong experience in packaging design, print design, and brand creatives .
n
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign .
n
- Strong understanding of typography, colour, layout, composition, and branding.
n
- Good knowledge of print production and pre-press requirements .
n
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
n
- Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
n

n

Preferred Background:

n

Experience in FMCG, Consumer Products, Retail, D2C, Lifestyle, or similar industries will be an advantage.

n

Mandatory Portfolio Requirement

n

Candidates must share their portfolio along with their resume while applying.
