WE’RE HIRING | PROJECT COORDINATOR

Solis Pharmaceuticals Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team in Ahmedabad .

n

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects, maintaining documentation, following up with internal teams, and ensuring that project activities are completed smoothly and on time.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities, timelines, and deliverables.

n

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects progress according to plan.

n

• Maintain and update project documents, trackers, reports, and records.

n

• Monitor project timelines and follow up with relevant stakeholders on pending activities.

n

• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas/minutes, and track action items and commitments.

n

• Support effective communication between internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.

n

• Ensure proper documentation and follow-up throughout the project lifecycle.

n

• Support continuous improvement and process coordination initiatives.

n

Candidate Profile

n





• Diploma in Pharmacy or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.

n

• 1–2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company, laboratory, project coordination, or a related industry is preferred.

n

• Strong coordination, documentation, communication, and organizational skills.

n

• Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.

n

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

n

• Only candidates currently based in Ahmedabad are eligible to apply.

Compensation

n

₹2.0–₹2.5 Lakhs per annum, depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, and suitability for the role.

n

Location: Ahmedabad

n

Experience: 1–2 Years

n

Employment Type: Full-time

n

Working Days: 5 days a week

n

Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday
