Role- SAP MDG Technical Consultant

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP MDG Technical Consultant with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on SAP MDG experience. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in MDG Data Modeling, UI Modeling, BRF+ workflows, validations and derivations, Data Quality Management (DQM), Data Replication, and MDG Consolidation.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP MDG Data Modeling, including:
- Standard data model extensions
- Custom data models
- Proven expertise in SAP MDG UI Modeling and standard UI enhancements.
- Strong hands-on experience with BRF+ workflow design and implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of validations and derivations using:
- BRF+
- BAdIs
- DQM
- Practical experience with SAP MDG Data Replication Framework (DRF).
- Experience configuring replication using Web Services / IDocs, including activation and filters.




- Solid hands-on experience with SAP MDG Consolidation.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of SAP MDG architecture and technical configuration.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

- Exposure to OData APIs.
- Knowledge of RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model).
- Understanding of integration with S/4HANA Embedded Analytics or external systems.
- Experience working in Agile delivery methodologies.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on SAP MDG experience.
