Hiring | Production Manager – Jewellery Manufacturing

Location: Mumbai

n

Experience: 10–15 years of experience in jewellery manufacturing/production .

n

Salary: Up to ₹25 LPA

n

Industry: Jewellery Manufacturing | Export

n

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations and drive productivity, quality and timely delivery.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Plan and manage production schedules and daily operations.
n
- Oversee end-to-end jewellery manufacturing and workflow.
n
- Manage production teams, manpower and resource allocation.
n
- Coordinate across CAD, CAM, Casting, Setting, Polishing, Plating, QC and Dispatch .
n
- Monitor WIP, productivity, quality and production targets.
n
- Coordinate with design, manufacturing, quality, inventory and dispatch teams.
n
- Drive process improvements, SOPs and operational efficiency.
n




- Prepare MIS and provide regular production updates to management.
n

n

Key Requirements

n

n
- Strong knowledge of jewellery production processes.
n
- Proven experience in production planning and team management.
n
- Strong understanding of quality, productivity and delivery management.
n
- Positive knowledge of MIS and MS Excel .
n
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
n
- Relevant degree/diploma in Production, Jewellery Manufacturing, Engineering or related field.
n
