Position: Telecaller
Location: Navrangpura, Ahmedabad
Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 1 year required
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and inbound calls to customers.
- Provide detailed information regarding products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with potential clients and handle customer queries professionally.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with CRM software.
- Ability to handle customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
- A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
