Role Overview

We are looking for a technically strong Technical Program Manager to drive product initiatives by bridging Engineering, Product, Architecture, and Business teams . The role requires strong C#/.NET & Web understanding, program execution, analytical thinking, communication, and an end-user mindset .

Key Responsibilities

n

- Drive initiatives from requirements to development, testing, and release .
n
- Understand end-user needs and translate them into clear product/technical requirements.
n
- Work closely with Architects and Engineering teams to drive solution execution.
n
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
n
- Analyze complex problems, identify gaps, and recommend practical solutions.
n
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
n
- Ensure solutions meet business objectives and deliver a strong end-user experience.

Must-Have Skills

n

- 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management / Technical Product Management / Technical Leadership .
n
- Robust understanding of C#, .NET/.NET Core and Web applications .
n
- Good understanding of APIs, microservices, databases, and software architecture .
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills .
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication .
n
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
n
- Strong customer/end-user-oriented thinking .
n
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira and Git.

- Cloud experience – Azure/AWS.
n
- Experience with enterprise/product engineering environments.

- Experience working with distributed engineering teams.

- Product management or customer-facing experience.
