Purpose

As the Director - IT Infrastructure at LogixHealth, you will guide a talented team to design, implement, and manage scalable enterprise solutions that align with LogixHealth’s strategic goals. Duties and Responsibilities

n

In this leadership role, you will play a key role in fostering innovation, operational excellence, and a culture centered on customer satisfaction. You will join a dynamic organization where your expertise will directly shape the future of our technology ecosystem.

- Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise IT to meet organizational objectives.
n
- Oversee and manage the global IT service desk, ensuring consistent, high-quality support across all regions.
n
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of IT professionals dedicated to excellence.
n
- Drive operational success through measurable KPIs, SLAs, and process improvement initiatives.
n
- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify business needs and ensure seamless delivery of IT.
n
- Oversee vendor and partner relationships, including negotiations, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
n
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and industry best practices.
n
- Manage IT budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations efficiently.
n
- Champion recent technologies, automation, and creative solutions that enhance the IT service portfolio.

- Communicate effectively with executives, stakeholders, and staff about service strategies and performance.

Qualifications

Education (Degrees, Certificates, Licenses, Etc.)

Bachelor’s degree and or Certifications in related fields preferred.

Experience

n

As an IT Director, you will bring both technical expertise and a strong ability to manage people and processes. Your approach should combine a deep understanding of IT infrastructure with a passion for service excellence.

n

n

1. 15+ years in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing multi-site operations.
n
2. Expertise in administering cloud infrastructure and SaaS applications such as Azure or AWS.
n
3. Strong command of Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Entra, and SharePoint.
n
4. Experience using tools for MDM, SSO, email security, and privilege management.
n
5. Knowledge of database systems such as MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
n
6. Familiarity with system monitoring best practices and information security standards.
n
7. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
n
8. Strong collaboration and communication skills across teams and vendors.
n
9. Proven leadership in delivering 24x7 mission-critical IT support.
n
10. Understanding of compliance frameworks such as HIPAA and ISO 27001.
