We are looking to identify 4 City Heads to lead large-scale, integrated municipal solid waste management operations across:

About the Role

n

The City Head will have end-to-end P&L; and operational responsibility for large-scale integrated municipal solid waste management operations within the assigned city.

n

The role involves managing complex city-level operations covering 5,000–10,000 MT/day of waste, large operational workforces, extensive fleet assets, processing facilities and multiple stakeholders.

n

The City Head will be responsible for driving operational excellence, profitability, project performance, regulatory compliance, stakeholder management and strategic growth.

n

Key Areas of Responsibility

- End-to-end Municipal Solid Waste Collection & Transportation (C&T;)
n
- Processing & Disposal (P&D;) operations
n
- Waste segregation, processing and Material Recovery Facilities (MRFs)
n
- Waste-to-Energy (WtE) operations
n
- RDF production and processing
n
- CBG / Biomethanation operations
n
- Recycling and resource recovery
n




- Transfer station and landfill operations
n
- Fleet, route and logistics management
n
- Manpower productivity and operational efficiency
n
- Plant performance and capacity utilization
n
- Cost optimization and profitability improvement
n
- Contract and vendor management
n
- Government / ULB / Municipal Corporation stakeholder management
n
- Environmental, statutory and regulatory compliance
n
- HSE and quality management
n
- Digital operations, GPS, MIS, ERP and operational analytics
n
- Business support for project mobilization and new city onboarding
n

What We Are Looking For

n

We are looking for senior leaders with 18+ years of experience who have managed large-scale operations in one or more of the following:

n

n
- Municipal Solid Waste Management
n
- Integrated Waste Management
n
- Environmental Services
n
- Waste-to-Energy
n
- Recycling / Resource Recovery
n
- CBG / Biomethanation
n
- Infrastructure / Utilities
n
- Urban Infrastructure / City Operations
n

n

The ideal candidate should have:

n

n
- Proven experience managing large-scale city / municipal operations
n
- Strong P&L; ownership and commercial acumen
n
- Experience managing large workforces, fleets and multiple operational facilities
n




- Strong exposure to government / municipal contracts and ULB stakeholder management
n
- Experience across C&T;, P&D;, WtE, RDF, CBG, recycling or integrated waste management
n
- Strong understanding of SWM Rules, environmental regulations and statutory compliance
n
- Experience in PPP projects, concession agreements or municipal infrastructure projects
n
- Solid leadership, crisis management, negotiation and decision-making capabilities
n
- Ability to drive operational transformation, productivity improvement and profitability
n
