WE’RE HIRING | ASSISTANT DIRECTOR (AD) – LIVE SHOW

We are looking for a proactive and organized Assistant Director (AD) to join our team for an upcoming Live Quiz/Entertainment Show.

n

Location: NIBM, Kondhwa Pune.

n

Project: Live Show / Quiz & Entertainment

Employment: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Assist the Director in planning and executing the live show.
n
- Coordinate with the production, technical, camera, sound, graphics, lighting and floor teams.
n
- Prepare and maintain the show rundown, cues and shooting schedules.
n
- Coordinate rehearsals, blocking and floor movements.
n
- Ensure all departments are ready before and during the live transmission.
n
- Communicate real-time cues to hosts, contestants, floor team and technical departments.
n
- Monitor timings and ensure smooth transitions between segments.
n
- Handle last-minute changes and troubleshoot on-ground production issues.
n




- Maintain clear communication between the control room and studio floor.
n
- Assist the Director during rehearsals and live execution.
n

Requirements

n

n
- Prior experience as an AD / 2nd AD / Floor AD / Live Show AD is preferred.
n
- Understanding of live production workflows and studio operations.
n
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
n
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
n
- Good understanding of rundowns, cues, timings and floor coordination.
n
- Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
n
