Role Overview

n

We are looking for an experienced CA / CFO who can independently manage the complete finance function across our diversified group businesses, including Real Estate, Solar and AIF/Fund-related operations.

n

Key Responsibilities :

n

- n
- Manage overall finance, accounts, taxation, audit and compliance functions for the Group.n
- Handle financial planning, budgeting, cash-flow management and working capital.  Manage fund-related activities, fund allocation, utilization and reporting.n
- Handle finance and accounting requirements across Real Estate, Solar and AIF verticals.n
- Manage banking relationships, fundraising, debt/equity arrangements and financial structuring.n
- Prepare MIS, financial statements, management reports and financial projections.n
- Ensure compliance with applicable Companies Act,



GST, Income Tax, TDS, LLP and other statutory requirements.n
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, investors, bankers, legal teams and statutory authorities.n
- Support management in strategic financial decision-making and business expansion.n
- Manage financial controls, risk management and internal processes across group companies.n
- Handle finance requirements of multiple LLPs, Private Limited Companies and Group entities.n

Candidate Profile :

n

- n
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatoryn
- 10+ years of relevant post-qualification experiencen
- Listed Company experience – Mandatoryn
- Strong experience in LLP, Private Limited Company and Real Estate financen
- Experience in fund-related work / AIF / investment structures is highly preferred.n
- Experience in Solar / Infrastructure / Project Finance will be an added advantage.n
- Robust knowledge of financial planning, fundraising, taxation, audit and compliance.n
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.  Candidate should be capable of independently managing the finance function of a diversified business group.n
