You will be responsible for reaching out to potential participants, explaining the pageant process, and converting leads into successful registrations.Key Responsibilities:* Make outbound calls to leads generated via marketing campaigns and inquiries.* Explain the Mrs. India Inc pageant structure, benefits, and registration process.* Follow up with interested candidates via phone, WhatsApp,



and email.* Handle objections and resolve queries with confidence and professionalism.* Maintain daily call records and update CRM with lead status.* Achieve monthly registration and conversion targets.* Coordinate with the operations and marketing teams for smooth onboarding.Requirements:* 1 to 3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales (experience in education, events, or pageant industry is a plus).* Solid communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to pitch and sell effectively over the phone.* Confidence in handling high-value registrations and addressing objections.* Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Google Sheets.* Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a bonus).Preferred Skills:* Experience in B2C sales or working with women-focused programs.* Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset.What We Offer:* Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (as per experience).* Attractive incentives on conversions.* Opportunity to work with a nationally recognized brand.* Supportive and vibrant work culture.* Growth opportunities within the organization.
