This is for a sales leader who can build, drive and scale a high-performing channel business.

At Prime Connect (Square Yards), we’re looking for a Zonal Head – Channel Sales to drive growth across multiple micro-markets in Bangalore by building a strong Channel Partner ecosystem and leading a team of high-performing KAMs.

? What this role is really about:

? Building a strong network of Channel Partners (CPs) across assigned micro-markets

? Identifying and activating the right CPs for focused projects

? Hiring, grooming and driving a team of highly productive KAMs

? Creating a culture of daily field intensity, retail meetings and CP engagement

? Driving consistent deal flow through a structured “hunting” discipline

? Working closely with leadership to scale revenue across the zone

? What you’ll own:

• Multiple micro-markets → team + revenue + growth

• KAM productivity, performance and execution rigour

• CP activation, engagement and depth across the zone

• Ensuring the team is consistently on-ground, meeting CPs and creating closures

• Building a strong performance culture through hiring,



coaching and accountability
