We are looking for a Product Support Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, working with cross-functional teams, and taking ownership of problems through to resolution.
What we’re looking for:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Mandatory hands-on experience in Product Support / Technical Support
- Strong hands-on experience with Linux
- Experience with Search and log analysis tools such as Splunk, Kibana, or similar tools
- Hands-on experience with Cloud Observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, or similar tools
- Good understanding of ITIL and production support processes, including incident management, support procedures, escalations, and product release procedures.
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 support environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, product, infrastructure, and other teams
- Strong ownership of technical issues from inception through closure
- Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot, investigate, identify root causes, and drive issues to resolution
Preferred:
- Bangalore-based candidates
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period
