where every small decision was clearly deliberate You understand both sides of this business: consumer products that feel effortless, and enterprise/B2B products that need to earn trust from technical, often skeptical buyers You understand AI in depth, not as a chat box on a screen, but as a current material with its own grain: latency, uncertainty, trust, and interaction patterns still being invented You're an experienced, senior operator who can own a product end to end without a lot of hand-holding, and who's comfortable being the only design voice in the room until the team grows around you Compensation Competitive, calibrated for an experienced senior hire, with real ownership in the company.
