Skyllzo is looking for an experienced and target-driven sales professionals from the Education / EdTech space to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students and working professionals, understanding their career and educational requirements, recommending suitable programs, handling objections, and converting qualified leads into successful enrolments.

Academic Counsellors – 2 Positions
Experience: 1+ Years
Industry: Higher Education / EdTech / University Programs
Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 in-hand per month + Incentives
Employment Type: Full time / Mon - Sat

Counsel prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Understand student requirements, career goals, educational background, and decision-making factors.
Explain university programs, eligibility, curriculum, duration, fees, and other relevant details.
Handle objections related to fees, program value, university, career opportunities, and competition.
Maintain accurate lead/CRM records and provide regular sales updates.
Minimum 1+ years of experience in Academic Counselling, Education Sales, Admissions, Inside Sales, or a similar role.




Strong preference for candidates with experience handling University / Higher Education Programs.
Comfortable working in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment.
Working knowledge of CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and email.
Fluent communication in English

Team Lead – Academic Counselling – 1 Position
Experience: 3+ Years
Industry: Higher Education / EdTech / University Programs
Compensation: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 in-hand per month + Incentives
Employment Type: Full-time / Mon - Sat

Monitor calling, follow-ups, pipeline and team performance
Conduct regular performance reviews and improve team productivity
2–4+ years of experience in Academic Counselling / EdTech / Education Sales
~ Prior experience managing a counselling / sales team
~ Strong understanding of University / Higher Education admissions
~ Fluent communication in English
